• COD is available for selected locations/Pin codes in India only. COD limit is up to 7500 INR.
• Please Note - For COD orders, the style will come in standard measurements as mentioned in the size chart. Customisation is not available for COD orders.

• As part of our offers and giveaways, we share coupon codes with you. If you’ve received a coupon code from us, you will find it in your email. On adding items to your cart, view your ‘Shopping Cart’ before you proceed to ‘Checkout.’ Enter your coupon code within the area marked out for it. Don’t forget to ‘Apply Coupon.’

Note: Coupon code can be used only once with the registered email ID; coupon code is not valid on sale products.These coupon codes are only valid for online purchase and not redeemable at our retail store.

• Please note, there are NO additional currency conversion charges levied by us. In case such charges do show up on your statement, they are being levied by your bank on your card so please do get in touch with them as these are beyond our control.

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already. The amount can be given as a store credit or refund.Email us on support@roopkala.com with the Order number and Email address.Please share feedback/reason of why you want to cancel the order.

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of informing us about the product issue and returning the product within 7 days of delivery to you. • Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable For further information please refer to our Return Policy

• Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our order process, but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government. These will be beyond our control and will have to be handled with the customs in your country at your end.

• Delivery date of the product is mentioned on every product.
• For ready to ship products: our delivery time is 6-7 working days once the order is placed.
• For pre-order / made to order products: delivery time is 15 to 20 working days once the order is placed.
• Delivery time may vary as per the outfit.

• You'll receive an email or whatsapp with the tracking details, you can check on the courier website and track the order with the tracking number.

• Yes, we can alter your outfits as per you fit. Once the order is placed with us, a measurement form will be sent to you on your Order Confirmation mail. You can fill this up if any alteration is required. You can also contact us at support@roopkala.com for any further assistance.

• We provide Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash On Delivery and Net Banking Facility.

•If you discover that your order has been tampered with and an item is missing after accepting the delivery, it is important to safeguard the integrity of the contents and hence, we recommend taking the following steps: 1. Immediately take a clear video of the damage as well as highlighting the missing content contact and share with our customer support team on support@roopkala.com 2. The proof of the tempered parcel to be shared immediately or within 12 hrs upon delivery. This documentation will be helpful for our investigation and to assist you further in resolving the issue promptly. 3. Our team will investigate the issue to resolve the situation promptly, which may include issuing a credit coupon, replacement, or any other appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
